13 DECEMBER 2009 ; To clear up some murkiness in the rules that I've been getting a lot of questions on since the season change, the official guidelines regarding character aging are as follows: Foals age one year every season (two weeks) until they are three years old. Horses over three years old age one year every four seasons (eight weeks/two months).
Hope this helped clear things up a little! And just a reminder as the holidays creep closer, I hope everyone remembers to get their Secret Santa gifts ready and keep checking back on Tinseltown for their gifts from Santa!

The dark alliance! x x x It was the rebels versus the empire in this epic battle between the forces of the former dark kings and a band of idealistic cutthroats called the resistance. Dark warriors of both sides fought savagely (someone's ear was ripped off!) in a bloodbath that ultimately ended with the deaths of the old kings. Truly warfare at its best!

Most battles held here are over land or a position, but it is not uncommon for a fight to be for nothing more than practice. The sand has becomes stained with red during each fight, but the waves of the ocean wash it away during high tide, erasing all evidence. Though it seems this place is peaceful, many bloody battles are fought here each day. Staff will judge battles, there is also a set of rules, guidelines and a list of other things that you need to read before you challenge or fight a battle.
A sudden change in the tidal patterns of the ocean, a mysterious, mist-shrouded cove has suddenly been revealed to the island. The inside of the cove reeks of death, and no one knows why, for there is not a single corpse in sight. Most youngsters are terrified of the place, and most of the older horses are too busy to go near it. Sometimes growls and howls are heard from within its depths. Spooky, and perhaps carnivorous indeed.
No matter the season, the winds here are always at hurricane force, and most of the times bitterly cold, unless it's the peak of the summer. The blackened cliffs are always slippery, it is easy to lose your grip climbing up to the top. Once up there, it's a long drop to the sea, let's hope the rock doesn't give way beneath you, sending you plummeting to your doom.
