Season: Spring Breeding: Yes Foaling: No Last Updated: 12/14/09 Next change: 12/28/09
13 DECEMBER 2009 ; To clear up some murkiness in the rules that I've been getting a lot of questions on since the season change, the official guidelines regarding character aging are as follows: Foals age one year every season (two weeks) until they are three years old. Horses over three years old age one year every four seasons (eight weeks/two months).
Hope this helped clear things up a little! And just a reminder as the holidays creep closer, I hope everyone remembers to get their Secret Santa gifts ready and keep checking back on Tinseltown for their gifts from Santa!

x x x With her being one of the most voraciously active members on the site, it's almost impossible not to know Fate! With an arsenal of knockout characters like Zeus, General Jett and Frankly Not and a growing talent, she is definitely one of CI's rising stars.
x x x A savage military genius with some gnarly teeth and an adorable stutter, Demo has stumbled his way into the hearts of most anybody who sees him. Tied to the Dark alliance by his parents Halloween Candy (Volta) and Jaguar Love, he is destined to become one of the most prominent Darks on Cimoron Island. Demo's posts are black-and-white logical, making him an interesting character and a great read!
THREAD OF THE MOMENT!
IN CAUDA VENENUM starring:
The dark alliance! x x x It was the rebels versus the empire in this epic battle between the forces of the former dark kings and a band of idealistic cutthroats called the resistance. Dark warriors of both sides fought savagely (someone's ear was ripped off!) in a bloodbath that ultimately ended with the deaths of the old kings. Truly warfare at its best!

With Cyndonia fallen, all the game pieces cleared from The Checkerboard, and Ground Zero thrown away, the members of the royal herd now find themselves in a land that is more claustrophobic than their previous two homes. Purple mountains that cast shadows upon the inner valley of the Nomexyra Gorge rise above the ground with jagged edges that reach towards the sky, triumphant and true where they stand. The land is cut in half by a small river created from a waterfall on the north side of the gorge, leaving the area within susceptible to floods when heavy rains are in the forecast. The only way out is through a tunnel on the west side whose entrance is heavily decorated with thorns and bushes that will scrape, cut and jab when one is careless in entering the land, intruders will find the entrance well hidden, blending in with the foliage of the rugged mountains on the outside, should they make it in, they soon find themselves in danger of the thin rock pillars of nature that hold the tunnel up, for without them the tunnel will collapse, killing all inside and trapping any that are inside to face an unfortunate doom of true isolation. At the north end of the lands lay the end of the river, dropping off of a steep cliff, roaring down to the ground hundreds of feet below, a sad fate for any that should slip and fall over the ledge and into the water's slippery grasp. Few who plummet over the edge survive, and the rest that do never survive for long. The land is just wrought with disaster waiting to happen, will lady fate's hand land wrongly upon you and give her musical laugh as her plans set into action?
Just as the foreign name suggests, Falinn is a land hidden away from most of the world, a small speck of paradise in the midst of hell. And my, what a paradise this gorgeous valley is! Grass, although short, springs up just about everywhere, all of it edible. A small river winds through the valley, sometimes turning off into a little pool or large puddle. It’s also safe to drink from, which may seem odd as the Loner territories are closest to the crater. Near the center of this valley, the river babbles over the tiny rocks and forms a pond, although it’s more of an oasis, what with it’s crystal clear water. A few large, charcoal grey boulders surround this place, though they serve no purpose. The hills that surround the valley are dotted with similar stones and boulders, as well as a tree or two. Near the edges of the valley, up the hills, there is a bit of forestry, as well as a few caves further up, closer to the mountains; two small, one large. They are spread out along the rocky hillside, and a few tussocks of grass may drape over the entrance at times. The largest cave is used as the king’s personal quarters, and is marked by the large, twisted tree that grows crookedly in front of it. The tree bears no leaves nor fruit, and many believe it to be dead, most likely killed when the comet hit. However, it remains standing, forever loyal to the king’s of old and new.
ARE YOU GOING TO SCARBOROUGH FAIRE? (parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme)
. . . dilapidated stones lay sprawled akimbo within this carefully manicured garden. fragrant spices fill the air, tantalizing the nostrils of trespassers. parsley, safe, rosemary and thyme grow in wild clumps between the forgotten stones, stretching on for miles. gently sloping hills make up the majority of the terrain, with very flat land to be seen. between the rises lies small trickling creeks, but there are more than enough sources of water to sustain a large number of horses. judging by your stagger, you'll be staying the night . . . welcome to scarborough faire.
Deadlock - an abandoned asylum, in the middle of an old ghost town, located under a dark and haunted sky and located near often water logged roads and other old and abandoned buildings. Deadlock is far from crumbling, it still remains standing tall and strong, covered in graffiti both on the outside and on the inside. The doors swing and creak on their hinges and each room is surprisingly clean, a lot of the furniture has in-fact been removed. Though the CCTV camera may be broken that doesn’t mean that the young, sharp tongued Leader isn’t watching you and he would like to remind you that trespassing is not prohibited ... unless a kick in the teeth is your sort of thing?
Lead by Mick Travesty and his lady, Shattering Aim.
BAILE DUIT , - _______It's quite nice here, actually. There is a calm stream that is continuously flowing with clear blue water, a medium size patch of land where there is plenty to eat, a few trees covering a blank piece if durt, and lastly a cave for protection. There is an assortment of flowers for decoration or for dining. Sounds pretty ideal, right? Wrong. Come spend the night, you'll see. There are howls coming from the back of the cave and a soft hum of whispers with the wind in the woods. The usual choice is to rest in the cave near the entrance, as the temperture drops to a cold 30 degrees at night.
ruled by the antler quing , - oogie boogie
